Status: Perm role Title: Office/Payroll Support Location: NYC Salary: $35K to $40K Start: ASAP Overview: Assists Office Manager with the daily office operations, making sure they run smoothly. Correspond with employees, clients/customers, and vendors. Must be bilingual - Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Payroll experience preferred. Job Duties: Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls Covers reception upon occasion - interact with clients, visitors, and vendors Sorts and distributes incoming mail Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents Maintains accurate records and enters data Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient Assists in setting up new client accounts and maintain financial database records Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary Skills and Qualifications: Self-Driven; Excellent Customer Care Skills; Exceptional Communication Skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; Attention to Detail; Professional Appearance Excellent Organizational Skills Highly Motivated and Ability to Prioritize Efficiently Enthusiastic and Reliable Must be bilingual - Spanish
