Work you'll do
A Technical Architect at Deloitte works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, leading work streams and supporting implementations.
Architect, Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:
Lead/Support engagement planning and budgeting
Lead overall solution architecture and develop solution conceptual design
Work with client teams to review and get sign-off on architecture and design documents
Mobilize and manage engagement delivery team
Manage project deliverables and review quality of deliverable
Project management reporting
Manage/Support project economics
Lead/Support client pursuits and lead technical sections of a proposal
Lead/Support internal initiatives
Led teams that performed designed and validated application architecture frameworks and supporting functionality
Worked closely with the functional and testing teams to understand their functional requirements and the impact to the application architecture
Support configuration and change management teams who were responsible for application deployments

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite as technical solution architect or technical lead or development manager
In depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, development data conversion tools
Must have led at least 3 medium to large size ERP implementation projects as technical team thread lead
Knowledge of 1 or 2 Cloud applications such as SFDC, Workday, Apttus, Zaro or others is required
Must have deep experience in at least one middleware platform such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or others
Must have deep knowledge of SDLC process in ERP implementation area
Must have experience managing 6+ team size teams, experience working with Offshore team is nice to have
Leading teams through IT Strategy initiatives
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
