The Services Solutions team fills a critical part of the sales process by articulating the value of services in ensuring customer success, helping customers determine the steps in their journey to transform their organization, and clearly defining project deliverables and scopes in statements of work. In this role, the Solution Advisor will work with existing customers to help define the engagements and services value that will take them to the next step of their planning journey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage, cultivate, and expand footprint within the current customer-base by understanding their needs and positioning outcome based services.
Understand customer business requirements, develop estimates, write, negotiate and close SOWs that meet the specific needs of our customers.
Enhance customer relationships and leverage existing and past relationships to build and expand Adaptive solutions and services.
Work with the Sales Team to close sales opportunities using workshops, value analysis, superior presentation, and negotiation skills.
Maintain customer relationships and support new sales opportunities sufficient to meet quarterly/annual quota objectives.
Define and create services packages to promote adoption and expansion of Adaptive products
Define go to market strategy for new service offerings
