This is primarily a sales role, with responsibilities including scheduling appointments, meeting one-on-one with business owners, and managing ongoing customer relationships. The compensation program provides opportunities for continual income growth, with earnings based on sales activity. Although no specific industry experience is necessary, Area Directors often have backgrounds in sales management, advertising or media sales, marketing, outside sales, publishing, B2B, or direct sales. If you've never done sales before, we specialize in getting you going and supporting you the entire way. Our training is conducted by experienced professionals who have more than 15 years of experience teaching our proven system. Residual Income The N2 income model allows Area Directors (ADs) to achieve financial stability with predictable monthly revenue. The average income for the top-performing half of Area Directors with a single publication was over $86,000 in 2018.** For ADs with higher income goals, managing multiple publications has led to earnings exceeding $350,000.*** Whether youre interested in earning just supplemental income a year or six figures, we have purposefully structured our AD role so you will be fully supported. **In 2018, 300 Area Directors had one publication. Of this group, 150 (50.0%) earned commissions in the top half of commission payments. 56 of the 150 (37.3%) earned more than the average commission of $86,894. The highest commission earned by an Area Director in the top half of payments was $208,842. The lowest commission earned by an Area Director in the top half of payments was $53,506. ***97 Area Directors had two publications each. Of this group, 48 (49.5%) earned commission in the top half of commission payments. Of those who performed in the top half, 20 (41.7%) performed above the average of $162,953. The highest commission earned by an Area Director in the top half of payments was $359,794. The lowest commission earned by an Area Director in the top half of payments was $103,532.
