Neiman Marcus Last Call currently hasan opening for a Store Manager . This role is responsible for achieving storefinancial and operational goals through the training, development andmotivation of the store management team. We are looking for a business mindedleader who can drive sales and positive plan results in the store throughsuperior customer service, events, promotion, and motivation of the staff. TheStore Manager is also responsible for leading and coaching store associates.Store Manager also acts as Manager on Duty and assists in leading the storesdaily operations, as well as contributes to the maintenance of the storethrough daily recovery.

  • Review business with the DivisionBuyers and discuss action plans that will yield position results

  • Create a friendly, upbeat atmospherewhere customer service is consistent with Neiman Marcus standards

  • Set strategic objectives and setpriorities accordingly

  • Champion the store's new account andclientele acquisition programs and help motivate the store team to meet thesegoals

  • Plan and execute store budgets andensure guidelines are being followed to minimize operating expenses andmaximize revenue

  • Establish and maintain a customer base

  • Develop, motivate and train themanagement team in all aspects of the business

  • Ensure store compliance with allcompany policies, procedures and guidelines

  • Have a working knowledge of allcompany policies and procedures

  • Oversee the exempt-level annual reviewprocess
