The Role & You

Working under the direction of the Showroom Manager, the Assistant Showroom Manager takes an active role on the sales floor and within the local community. In addition to maintaining Operational Excellence in every aspect of running the Showroom, the Assistant Showroom Manager works alongside the Showroom Manager to recruit, lead and motivate a team of dynamic sales specialists to create an exceptional Member experience while meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

As Assistant Showroom Manager you will:

  • Focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Work on projects/initiatives as assigned by Showroom Manager- including but not limited to: business development, training and team performance management
  • Model how to maximize sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Provide consistent and continual feedback and accountability while promoting a sense of ownership and delegation
  • Utilize CRM to record and maintain Member information/ preferences to drive business
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of MIRROR s products and brand image
  • Provide outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-up

The Necessities

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of retail management or comparable experience preferred
  • Possess solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Possess experience sourcing, training and retaining sales talent
  • Maintain the utmost professionalism at all times modeling the brand standards
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has appreciation for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Is passionate about the Member and Team Experience

The Extras

  • Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc) and Apple Products, a plus ? Experience working at a Start-Up, Tech, and/or Wellness company
