We are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager for our client's team in New York City.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of existing subscriptions, including accounts ranging from Midmarket to Enterprise, and ensuring that your clients are consistently receiving the maximum value from their product. Connecting with client contacts at various levels, building valuable relationships and asking strategic questions is something that comes naturally to you. You are experienced at fostering meaningful and lasting customer partnerships that keep users engaged, while simultaneously gaining new users to drive success towards their individual and company hiring goals.

The role will demand interaction with large scale enterprises and Midmarket companies at senior levels, individual users, as well as with technical staff. You will have sound sales experience and excellent business acumen blended with strong interpersonal and presentational skills.

You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of subscription accounts by ensuring deep product adoption within various teams and departments
  • Become a subject matter expert in the platform and evangelize across your portfolio of contacts
  • Analyze metrics and complete quarterly business reviews in-person to review activity and optimize client performance
  • Proactively identify customer issues and potential churn, and take preventative action
  • Own and execute the client renewal process
  • Use hiring data and account activity analysis to accurately forecast weekly/monthly hiring goals for your clients
  • Track personal metrics around client retention, user adoption, and other various performance indicators to ensure company success
  • Conduct new user onboarding/product training and share best practices to drive adoption and success on the platform

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales and/or account management experience, preferably customer-facing in a SaaS organization
  • Ability to hold difficult conversations, negotiate renewals while discussing the value and understand client needs
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) across Executive levels
  • A passion for technology and our mission to disrupt the recruiting industry
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong networking and relationship building ability -- you are a connector at your core
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Success and demonstrated knowledge of the startup landscape

Additional Experience to be Considered:

  • Experience in the Recruiting or Talent Solutions industry
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM
  • BA/BS degree or higher from a top university

Comp and Perks:

  • Y1 OTE: 150-170k with 105-120k salary (based on experience)
