Key Responsibilities:
Event Reconciliation
Tracking Event Revenue
Sales Forecasting
Assists the Event Sales Team with managing event payment schedules
Keeping record of all deposits/refunds
Generating event invoices
Answering Phones/Checking Voicemail/Entering Incoming Leads
Assist Managers with creation of event floor plans, menus and signage
Other tasks and projects as assigned
What you need to be successful
Good communication (especially listening), office/clerical, administrative and interpersonal skills are of great importance
Ability to work as part of a team
Good research skills
Basic computer skills are required
Ability to work and beat deadlines
Good organizational abilities
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
Good multi-tasking abilities
1-2 years experience in a similar field
