Primary job function will be to generate and close deals for Client BaNCS insurance product with the top US insurance firms focusing on Life and Annuity primarily as well as Property and Casualty solutions
Build pipeline opportunities (10+ MM USD) for Client BaNCS insurance products with major US insurance firms . Strike minimum 3 deals per year Build, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Insurance firms Ensure successful positioning, negotiating and closing multi-million, multi-year agreements as well as bid, partner and contract management Be the primary evangelist for Client BaNCS.
Bachelors/Masters MBA from one of the Top business school in the US preferred
Background must include managing complex pursuits and conversions in the Insurance L&A and/or P&C domain with at least five 10 MM+ USD deals
Able to readily demonstrate executive level connects in the target accounts
Experience in building new key relationships across client organizations from CIO, COO to process owners by understanding the political complexities, delivering customized value propositions and creating credibility
? Reasonable good understanding of Insurance L&A and P&C functional domain in the US
1) Years of experience required for position Minimum 10 years of experience in the Insurance Life and Annuity and/or Property and Casualty and IT industry with prior experience in sales, consulting and roll-out of insurance product solutions in the US Insurance market.
